2024 Football Registration

Welcome to the 2024 Football Registration with Alpharetta Raiders!

To be fully registered for the 2024 Football Season, it is necessary that you complete THREE steps. 

Step One:

 

  1. Sign up for Emails & Pay Registration Fee, $1100 (Paying in full or payment plan)  Payment plans deduct the 15th of each month.  Your $1100 registration fee includes 2 tickets to the pre-season  game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium on 8/17.  You will have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at the end of this registration before processing your payment.  VERY IMPORTANT>>>You must be registered in sports engine FIRST to get equipment and be considered as registered for the 2024 season.   This means you have completed this registration and have either paid in full or selected a payment plan.    Please scroll to the bottom of this page and either sign in or create an account.   

****If you need financial assistance please reach out to Kim Cuevas at kpgalloway@yahoo.com.  Your request will be considered  through our scholarship committee.  We want everyone to play so we have an option for everyone. ****

 

Step Two:

 

2. Pay Fulton County Participation Fee, $250.  This is required by Fulton County to play football at Alpharetta High School.  You will need to pay this BEFORE the pre-season game August 17th.  Paying this participation fee  WILL NOT get your player equipment. You MUST be registered via this site( Sports Engine) and have paid your $100 down and either paid in full or on a payment plan to receive equipment.  You can find the OSP link under the Alpharetta High School website then click online school payments. 

 

Step Three:

 

  1. Fill out forms for Fulton County on RankOne. RankOne (For Physicals)

 

This is Step ONE of the process.

 

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard or ACH Bank Account information available.

Helpful Tips:

  • If this is your first time registering with SportsEngine, you will need to create an account and then sign in to register. If you already have an account, any information you entered previously will be already in the system. Please update accordingly. 
  • During registration, please create a profile for every family member so that you can manage communications and volunteering properly.  
  • In each profile, please use that person's contact information.  Please do not use the same email and/or phone number for every person in your family.
  • Please enter a cell phone number for each person and specify the carrier so that text alerts are properly activated

REGISTRATION IS NOT COMPLETE UNTIL YOU CLICK THE PAY NOW BUTTON AND PROCESS A PAYMENT.

UNPAID REGISTRATIONS WILL BE DELETED BY THE SYSTEM.

Withdrawals

If you decide to withdraw your high school player from the program, you must submit a written withdrawal request to the 2024 Treasurer, via email or via US Mail to:

All withdrawals must be postmarked by the date listed below. Alpharetta High School Football is not responsible for misdirected email or other forms of mailing. No verbal withdrawals from AHS Football will be accepted. No refunds will be issued.

 

Refunds

No refunds will be issued this year.  Most of the costs for the program are paid before the season starts. For this reason, the decision was made to not provide any refunds. Thank you for your understanding.
